Sea Shell. Scallop Shell. What other type does this resemble?
This is super pretty. People have been responding positively to it, calling it elegant and even sensual.
Only large and larger sizes for now. I may later remove some detail later for smaller sizes.
Choose subtle left or right. The little tongue sticking out is how I'm determining the direction.
-- Large on 1/2" round stock. Design actual 12x12mm. Right shown.
-- Super on 3/4" round stock. Design actual 17.8x17.8mm. Left shown.
-- HUGE on 1" round stock. Design actual 23.1x23.1mm. Right shown.

The super and huge are BIG stamps. I was able to effectively hammer them with a 2.5# hammer, multiple smacks, solid stamping surface, underlayment. They're not a beginner stamp, but totally doable with the right setup and oomph. 🙂 Patina helps drive out detail.
Due to their size they also take many hours to create.

Whenever I mention left or right I am referring to the tool/stamp itself.
Tool steel, fully hardened to and tempered and batch tested and verified to 57HRC +/-2.
Shanks are a bit less than 3" long.
These are sawed, filed, sanded and engraved by me.
They may each be a little different, as I make one for you special.
Designed for use to hand stamp on non-ferrous metal. Not to be used in a press.
